Reiki sessions with the Reiki Lady are designed to be friendly, calm and supportive of your needs.

One to one hands on reiki in Hordle (New Forest)

We usually begin with a brief chat, if appropriate, to see what is going on for you. Then you will be invited to lie on the couch, get comfortable and relax and let Reiki do its magic! You will remain fully clothed and there is usually some respectful light touch during most of the session (If the client prefers this can be carried out with no direct touch).

The treatment is very gentle and nurturing, and is usually deeply relaxing. I work with the energy as I feel it, often moving my hands intuitively. You may feel different sensations of warmth, coolness or perhaps tingling during the treatment, or possibly some emotional disturbance. Sometimes very little may be experienced – just at the very least a deep state of calm and relaxation, which in itself will be allowing the body to utilise the reiki energy to bring the body, mind and soul back into harmony and wellness.

Whatever is experienced rest assured that the reiki healing energy will be going where it needs to in your body and providing the necessary healing.
